In the middle of Zaandam stands an old office building. It looks in reasonable state from the outside, but it's a mess on the inside. The (concrete) roof has collapsed in several places, the bicycle cellar is flooded and everything that could be trashed is trashed.
From the roof you can see new city hall building. I would love to urbex that in about 50 years from now.
